Kalilah has been a PADI certified Rescue SCUBA Diver since 1996. First certified as a teen in Bermuda, Kalilah worked at dive shops on the island throughout high school and college and has well over 500 logged dives to her name. Kalilah has advanced certifications in deep water diving, underwater navigation, wreck diving, underwater photography, night diving and underwater search and rescue.

It was during her time as a graduate student in the American Film Institutes’s cinematography program that she first began working as an underwater cinematographer and camera operator for narrative film projects.

To date Kalilah as served as an underwater DP and camera operator on feature documentaries, narrative short films, television shows and numerous music videos.
